Easy Starter Recipes For Beginner Cooks
Welcome to my recipe, and I have several recipes.
Ingredients
9 fillets of fish
2 teaspoons curry powder
1 teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoon chopped mango
salt to taste
3 tablespoons strawberries
1/3 cup olive oil
5 onions
3 teaspoons fresh chopped corriander.
Mix the fish in curry, black pepper, mango, salt, and strawberries. Heat the oil in a frying pan, add the onion and keep stirring until translucent. Add the fish for 12 minutes. Serve hot and sprinkle with coriander. Enjoy.
Fruit combination with low-fat yogurt
1 cup diced fresh mango
1 cup diced strawberries
1 cup diced apricots.
Mix them in a large container and add low fat yogurt to it. Serve and enjoy your lunch.
Green salad for supper
Green salad (anti-oxidant) excellent for weight loss
Cut half onion into small pieces, add some fresh dandelion, 3 teaspoons of fresh chopped coriander, 1 cup watercress, 1 cup spinach, 4 tablespoons grated carrots and sprinkle with apple cider vinegar. Serve with brown rice or vegetable soup.
Spinach with fruit and salad
2 cup cooked spinach
1 cup chopped apricots
1 teaspoon coconut crumbs
2 tablespoons chopped strawberries
low fat yogurt
3 tablespoons of crushed almonds
Pour spinach in a bowl, add apricots, coconut crumbs, strawberries, yogurt and almonds. Mix together. Sprinkle with fresh coriander. Serve with dandelion.
Milk Shake
2 banana
1 1/2 cup milk
some water
Mix banana, milk, and water in a blender for few minutes and enjoy healthy milk shake.
