It would be more advisable to eat more fresh fruit and vegetables. Drink plenty of water. Water replenishes all the water we lost and helps clears away blemishes and impurities.
2. Have a correct and proper skin care regimen every night. Never allow yourself to sleep without cleaning your face. Wash your face and neck area using soap and warm water. Using warm water causes the pores to open up and clean it. Finished off with cold water to close the pores and prevent any bacteria from entering it. Then gently pat dry your skin with a clean towel. Never rub the towel into your face.
3. Have a clean place to sleep. Change bed covers, blanket, pillowcase, as often as you can. Use only cotton based fabrics since wool and other materials tend to irritate the skin.
4. Drink green tea since it is effective in getting rid of acne. Avoid soda drinks since its sweetness could cause more acne.
5. Do not touch your face when your hands are dirty for in doing so causes bacteria to spread and bring about more acne.
6. Do not squeeze acne because it will just make things worse. It will push the infection deeper and increase inflammation. You also take the risk of having scars on your face.
7. Have a good night sleep in order to strengthen you immune and excretory system. Your immune system fights off any bacteria and virus in your body and helps you getting rid of a pimple overnight. While the excretory system eliminates all the toxic waste material in your body. A clean body generates a healthy skin.
Taking care of your body is important to clearing pimples overnight. You cannot expect to have a smooth and glowing complexion if you don’t take the effort to clean your body and eat the right kind of food.
