Hula Hooping for the Entire Body
Have you been trying to lose weight for years? Do you hate all those exhausting fitness classes and weight lifting exercises? Have you ever considered hula hooping as an alternative weight loss and fitness option? No? Then it is time to start! This is not just a funny thing for kids but a very effective tool to get rid of extra pounds and waistline inches.
A hula hoop looks very simple while relevant exercises look really funny. But the fun part begins when you learn what you can do with this circle made or plastic. The truth is that using this tool you can train all muscles groups of your body. You do not believe it? Then read on…
Waist
When people say hula hooping they mean traditional exercise. You make this tool twirl around your waist. However, this simple exercise is not that easy. Many people make a mistake of putting their feet side by side. You have to put one foot in front of the other. Press your hula hoop to the back in order to start rotating motions. How? You use your feet to shift own weight (from one foot to another). There is another mistake. Many of us try to use hips only to make rotating motions. Of course, you can do it like this, but this way is not the most effective. If you master a traditional exercise you will be able to acquire advanced skills.
Arms
Training arms using this weird tool? You must be crazy! Nothing at all! Just extend you arm and make circular motions. Imagine that your arm is your waist (as in previous exercise). You goal is the same – keep it rotating. One minute will be enough for you to understand that you do not have to pay $30 every month for a gym. Your bedroom is even better and more convenient.
Hips
Do the first exercise but shift it on hips. The goal is the same. Make rotating motions. This exercise is more difficult than the first one, but far more effective, especially if you are worried about shape of your hips.
Legs
What should you do in order to have legs with noticeable muscles? Running? Jogging? The answer is – hula hooping. Lie down on the floor, extend your leg to the side and rotate hula hoop on it. This seems easy but as soon as you start, you will find out that it can last not more than one minute, if you are not experienced.
