With the money left, buy first those that you consider as necessities for your daily living. It is highly recommended that you should purchase strictly those items that are listed in your “things that you need to buy” notepad. If you have some extra money left, then it is time to treat yourself or your family.

There are tendencies that you could neglect following your own rules. This is a double purpose situation actually, you will not only gain financial freedom but you will know who your true friends are. True friends will tell you if they can see that you are falling for the debt hole.
Furthermore, one of the most important steps on financial freedom is by knowing yourself. You don’t have to depend solely with other people regarding with your financial freedom. No one could fully help your financial condition. It all goes down to no one else but you. It would be great if you develop the sense of responsibility and honesty. Be responsible with your actions and be honest to admit that your money is just up to that amount.

But if you know your limitations, you could avoid creating debts. Remember, once you’re into that deep and dark hole of debt pile, it would be very difficult to come out.
