Once you have conducted you online research you can narrow you list down even further. With the remaining few on the builder list you can meet with them personally and have a consultation. Some builders charger for a consultation while other don’t, make sure you ask before you make an appointment.
When you meet with them ask inform them of what you want to build and all that you are looking for. They will give you a brief idea on how then can go about construction and all the other details. Get an estimation of the total cost as well as the time required to complete the build so that you can compare with other builders.
