PCOS Fertility Problem
The percentage of women that are likely to experience Polycystic Ovary Syndrome today varies between 5 – 10%. The idea is to lower the weight and the insulin level which helps in fertility. Aerobics, yoga, and jogging are good ways to get you into the groove of proper exercise. Remember, just because you have a PCOS fertility problem does not mean there is nothing you can do about it. That is an incorrect assumption. You may still be able to ovulate, conceive, and bring a child into this world. With the proper guidance, medication, and alternative treatments you will be surprised how soon you will be holding your own baby in your arms.
